Kemtile has brought in a new Area Sales Manager, Karle Rhodes, to help reach ambitious growth targets.
Karle arrives with more than 16 years of industry experience in business development, working with contractors and local authorities. Kemtile has a strong track record in public sector work.
Joining the team of three area sales managers, Karle has started working closely with the wider business development team. With a focus on the East & West Midlands and South Wales, Karle’s responsibilities vary from generating new business to strengthening existing client relationships.
“Karle’s appointment is an important one as we push for good growth in the next 12 months and beyond,” said Akeel Ahmed, Business Development Manager at Kemtile. “His extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, especially among key job referrers will help us generate new business for the company.”
Karle joins the Warrington-based flooring firm ahead of the busy period as the company gears up for exhibiting at upcoming trade shows including the PPMA Show in September and Dairy Industries Expo 2023 in October.
Over the next 12 months, Karle will play a key role in Kemtile’s strategic growth across different markets including
pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering and food and beverage.

Having been in the main contracting sector of the industry for many years I am looking forward to using my understanding of their needs from a flooring and drainage specialist to help the company grow.”
