Can you share a bit about your background and experience in the flooring industry?
Before joining Kemtile, I worked in Finance for over 13 years across several companies. Kemtile is my first role in the flooring industry, and Ive now been with the company for over two years.
Can you highlight a favourite project or accomplishment you’ve been involved in while working at Kemtile?
The LN accountancy software project stands out as my favourite. The team worked together for several months to successfully implement the new system, helping to streamline our processes and improve workflow.
What is the best career advice you have ever received?
Try not to let opportunities pass by even when you don’t feel completely ready. Taking on new challenges is one of the best ways to grow.
What is your favourite thing about working at Kemtile?
The people. Everyone at Kemtile is incredibly supportive, and there’s always someone willing to help. I know I can rely on my colleagues whenever I need the support.
How would you describe the culture within the Kemtile team?
Kemtile has a customer focused culture, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent service and building long lasting relationships with our customers.
Who are your key role models/inspirations?
My Mum and Nanna, they’ve always been there for me and have given me valuable advice and encouragement throughout my life.
